2. Our Services
Vehicles 2 Lease provides vehicle leasing brokerage services, including:
- Contract Hire (Business and Personal)
- Finance Lease
- Lease Purchase / Hire Purchase
- Outright Purchase
As a credit broker, we work with a panel of funders to arrange finance on your behalf. We do not provide finance directly. Any finance agreement will be between you and the finance provider, subject to their terms and conditions and credit approval.
3. Quotations
- All quotations are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time
- Prices shown are correct at the time of publication but may change due to manufacturer price changes or currency fluctuations
- Business lease prices are shown exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated
- Personal lease prices include VAT
- A formal written quotation will be provided before any agreement is entered into
- All lease agreements are subject to credit approval
4. Orders and Contracts
When you place an order with us:
- Your order is subject to credit approval by the finance provider
- The finance agreement will be between you and the finance provider
- Vehicle specifications and delivery times are estimates and may be subject to change by the manufacturer
- We will keep you informed of any material changes to your order
- You have the right to cancel within the cooling-off period as specified in your finance agreement
5. Your Obligations
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information in your application
- Notify us of any changes to your circumstances that may affect your application
- Maintain appropriate insurance on any leased vehicle
- Comply with the terms of your finance agreement
- Return vehicles in accordance with BVRLA Fair Wear and Tear guidelines
- Not use our website for any unlawful purpose
6. Commission Disclosure
As a credit broker, we may receive a commission or fee from the finance provider when we arrange finance on your behalf. The amount of commission may vary depending on the finance provider and product. This does not affect the price you pay.
You are entitled to request details of any commission we receive in connection with your finance agreement.
7. Delivery
- We offer free delivery to mainland UK addresses
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
- We will keep you informed of your expected delivery date
- You or an authorised representative must be available to accept delivery and sign the relevant documentation
- Please inspect your vehicle upon delivery and report any damage immediately
8. Website Use
You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You must not:
- Use the website in any way that breaches applicable laws or regulations
- Use the website to transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content
